- Settings: PLA, 0.2 mm layer, 2 walls, 15% gyroid infill, no supports.
- Orientation: Face-up on the bed.
- Color: Layer change for the QR and captions. Pause at
wall(default 2.0 mm; layer 10 at 0.2 mm) and swap to a high-contrast filament. One part, two colors — not a painted multi-tool object. - Size: Name + phone fits the 40 mm default. Add email, company, or extra fields — raise
qr_widthso modules stay about 1 mm. A small code needs a short URL. - Why: Marks are 0.6 mm proud on the top face; the strap hole prints vertical.
- Sticker pocket: No swap. Press a paper code into the well after printing.
