Terms of Service

By accessing or using Vary3D, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use Vary3D. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 13, we will delete it.

You are responsible for your login credentials (password or passkey) and for activity on your account. If you think someone else has access, email support@vary3d.com immediately. To ask us to close an account, email the same address — there is no in-settings deletion. We will handle requests; published models may remain public under the User Content rules below.

Vary3D is a browser-based parametric 3D modeling platform. Users can create, share, and customize parametric 3D models. All model generation happens in your browser - we only store your code and configurations.

You retain ownership of the content you create. By publishing models on Vary3D, you grant us a license to display and distribute your content according to the license you choose (e.g., CC0, CC BY, MIT). Published models and versions are final: authors cannot edit or permanently delete them. To unlist, use Archive (you may restore the same content later). To change a published model, Fork it or publish a new version. Legal or policy violations may be locked or archived by the platform. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on others' rights. You must not upload third-party code or designs as your own original work without attribution and a compatible license. When you publish, we may machine-translate listing text for display in the languages Vary3D supports: for models, titles, descriptions, documentation, tags, and parameter labels; for variants, titles and descriptions. We do not translate OpenSCAD source, parameter keys, or numeric values. Your original text is authoritative; we do not warrant translation accuracy. Translations are stored with the published version and cannot be edited except by Forking or publishing a new version.

If you send product suggestions or bug reports, we may use them freely to improve Vary3D, without paying you or naming you. This does not change the license you chose for published models or code.

You may not upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or infringes intellectual property rights. This includes but is not limited to: weapons designs intended for harm, adult content, malware, or stolen designs.

The service may use Google sign-in (when enabled), Cloudflare hosting and security, translation providers, Stripe if you purchase credits, and Resend or Brevo for verification and password-reset email. We do not control those services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Forks, comments, and other interactions with other users are between you and them. We may step in, but we are not required to. You are responsible for what you upload.

Your use of Vary3D is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Vary3D is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use of our service or 3D printed outputs from our models.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vary3D shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these terms were violated. Published models may stay listed under the User Content Archive rules. We are not liable for suspension or termination.

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes we will try to notify you by email (if we have one on file) or by a notice on the site. Continued use after the updated date means you accept the new terms.
